This bad cop has worked at 4 different departments in 3 different states in just a few years. He started in Missouri before coming to Lowell, Arkansas. After I published a video about him in Arkansas, he went to Camden County, Georgia (Sheriff's Office). Now I have a video of him in Georgia.
