I'm probably not the best druid but some tips for Matthias:
Always try to use your Staff 5 wall to mitigate damage from his Shards of Rage.
Try heal players carrying corruption
Use Nature spirit during the Downpour state to give stability. If there are two druids the other should save theirs whenever there's a downpour after Matthias transformation (after 40%)
Use healing spring, with trappers expertise trait to reduce cooldown, during Downpour to condi cleanse
Always try to quick draw Warhorn 5, as this is your best regen skill
Bring 'search and rescue' if you can fit it in (3:16 pull downed players downed in red)
Encourage your team mates to stay close to get to benefit from heals and keep Matthias more or less in the centre; put markers on the druids if necessary.
Encourage others to res; when everyone is taking damage ticks, sometimes healing other players whilst they res will prevent further downed states
