Everything I Cooked For My Hosting Dinner (Butter Chicken, Steak, Garlic bread & more)

Butter Chicken:
2.5 lbs chicken breast
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Juice 1/2 lemon
2 tsp mince garlic
1 tsp mince ginger
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Salt & pepper

Gravy:
1 red onion
2-3 tomato’s
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
4-5 tbsp cashews
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
Butter chicken spice mix
1 tsp honey or sugar
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Ground coriander
1/2 cup half n half cream
1/2 stick butter
Cilantro for garnish

Roasted broccoli:
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Roast at 405 f for 12-15 minutes

Roasted Carrot:
Olive oil
Brown sugar
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Roast at 405 f for 20-25 minutes

Garlic Bread:
1 Stick Butter
2 tbsp parsley (fresh)
1 tbsp dried chives
1-2 garlic cloves
Fresh mozerella
Baguette
