Federal Signal 3T22 Noon Blast

This siren runs a 20 second test every day at high noon. The siren is controled by a timer made by federal signal, the siren used to run a steady alert signal but has sence been changed to a hi/lo blast. Sorry for the shaky vid i didnt have time for a tripod we went to visit with my grandma who lives 3 houses down from the siren, hopefully one day i could catch a 3 minute test on the first monday if i ever can. I was almost down to the F.D. to get a close up but my cell phone alram went off at 12:00 so i figured i might as well stop here when i get a clearing, school was in session and got out early so i had a bus that went by me and everyone looked at me like WTF??
