UPDATE 6/6: I highly recommend not using the Aoozi camera. While the quality is workable, the scary extra device on the USB is, well, scary. I'm much happier with the Amcrest AWC195-B. Image and sound quality are comparable, but it works natively with OctoPrint and doesn't have anything scary on the USB bus.

After playing with the Aoozi for a while, I've come to a few conclusions. The picture quality is alright, but its motion capture is lacking. The onboard h264 encoder can't compete with the Logitech and there's something seriously off with the audio-video sync. Further, OctoPrint doesn't seem to like it -- it gets detected, but doesn't stream anything. I could troubleshoot `mjpg-streamer`, but that's work. Between that and the weird Huawei ethernet device that boots up first, I'm probably going to pass on actually using this thing and just suck it up and order a stupidly overpriced C920.
