You'll have to loosen up the front nacelle, remove headlight and the bar clamp cover to access and adjust your handle bar on a Road King, You will have to loosen the 4 bolts holding the bars in place. This was done on an 2005 Harley Davidson Road King. This will work on all Road Kings. If you have any question just ask.

1/2 deep socket
5/16 deep socket
3/4 inch box wrench
Phillips head screw driver
