Instruction:
(1) Open your project or image in Krita.
(2) Go to the top menu and select Filter → Adjust → Color Adjustment Curves.
(3) A curve graph will appear, showing shadows on the left and highlights on the right.
(4) To increase contrast, create a gentle S-shaped curve by dragging the lower-left part slightly down and the upper-right part slightly up.
(5) To decrease contrast, move the curve closer to a flat diagonal line.
(6) Preview the changes and adjust until satisfied.
(7) Click OK to apply the contrast adjustment.
