(TIP) Advice: Get the 20th Anniversary title and achievement for now.
(Historically, Blizzard has removed some requirements and restrictions
and added a few skips, like they did with the Secret of Azeroth Mount
even after the event officially ended. But it's not 100% certain if they will do this time.)

2. Use the Detective title and speak with the Dalaran Survivor in Dornogal 01:49
to get the (Ratts' Race) Quests to find clues (they can be done in any order).

3. *Unfinished Note* @ CORD 69.34, 93.32 in Azj-Kahet, inside a cave with mushroom mobs. 01:57

4. *Hastily Scrawled Note* @ CORD 31.45, 20.80 in Azj-Kahet, on top of a cliff in the City of Threads zone. 02:49

5. *Water-Resistant Note* under water inside a cave on the border of Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet. 03:21

6. *Peculiar Gem / Ratts Confronted* in a cave near Faerin's Advance. 04:13
The entrance to the cave @ CORD 5.15, 18.90.

8. click Peculiar Gem and Inert Peculiar Key to make the (Peculiar Key) 06:54

9. Now you have officially unlocked the Karazhan Catacombs Puzzle Dungeon in Deadwind Pass.

Next, you need to do 9 long steps to unlock the 9 Keys to Incognitro, the Indecipherable Felcycle.

Please note you are going to need a lot of TOYS, PETS, and some transmog to complete all the steps.
