CNN panellist slams debate moderators for not challenging Kamala Harris's 'lies'

CNN commentator Scott Jennings says Donald Trump has no reason to debate Kamala Harris again after ABC moderators failed to challenge her "lies".

"No reason for Trump to do another debate. Next set of moderators would treat him even worse and give Harris another free pass," Jennings wrote in a post on X.

During a recent CNN panel discussion, Jennings, a Republican strategist, claimed Harris told "several lies" that were not fact-checked by the moderators.

He suggested ABC moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis pushed back on Trump's claims more so than Vice President Harris's.

"He (Trump) did get pushback from them ... but there were numerous questions that she would not answer," Jennings said.

"And she did tell several lies and got no fact-checking."
