ESP (Extrasensory perception) is fluency in psychic abilities such as intuition, the "clairs" (ie: clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.), and/or precognition.

Awakening (and cultivating) the sixth sense is something I've taught over the last few years by using simple methods such as eye-gazing, palm reading (no, not that kind), body scanning techniques and more. I thoroughly believe and have found meaning in, studying our "original language", the language of feelings, because (beyond the psi-phenomena) it radically evolves our capabilities of compassion and empathy.

The symbols referenced in this video are from a psy-tool called Zener cards, which were developed during the early 1930s for experimental tests on ESP, and clairvoyance ("clear seeing"). Perceptual psychologist Karl Zener, and his colleague, parapsychologist J.B. Rhine, conducted experiments on willing minds to see if people had the ability to fully tap into their second sight.

While the experiments were discredited, and replication of tangible data is questionable, I personally find the Zener cards to be a fascinating tool and incorporate them in my own practice of visualization and "remote viewing".
