The APU Combi is a diesel generator capable of running all your on-scene lights, HVAC, and other AC/DC requirements, combined with a hydraulic rescue pump to power your rescue tools. This particular truck was spec'd with a one-tool system, but you could order up to a 3-tool system if you prefer. That's a system capable of running 3 hydraulic rescue tools all at the same time as far out as 100 feet with no loss of performance. We've tested our systems as far out as 300 feet!
