Описание к видео Give Your Body a Break || One Day Juice Cleanse || Reboot

Once a month I enjoy a one-day reboot but I will be starting a once-a-week reboot. For me, it gives me clarity, focus and helps with mindfulness. It also helps me to listen to my body.

Throughout this one-day cleanse I drink plenty of water and raw snacks. I usually drink 16 ounces of each recipe and double up my broth intake to 32 ounces. I start with water and begin the reboot at 10am and follow with a new juice every 2 hours. You can start and finish at any time, eat salads or soup or whatever your body is calling for that is lite and raw.

You can use these recipes as a guide and incorporate them into your everyday life!

I am not a doctor or nutritionist. I have studied and learned nutrition and healing for my own ailments. Please use this as inspiration and always listen to your body.

During this reboot, I do not partake in strenuous activity. I practice breathing exercises and meditation and just relax.

Recipes:

Drink 1 Carrot Juice

~3 large organic carrots or 6 small
~1 knob of organic ginger (peel on)
~1/2 inch of turmeric
~Top with a pinch of black pepper for maximum absorption for the turmeric

Drink 2 Banana Milk

~1 banana
~water 16 ounces or more if you want extra
~1 date or 1 tbsp date syrup
~1 tbsp hemp seeds
~1 tbsp raw pumpkin seed
~1 tbsp nut butter of choice (I used natural peanut butter)
~1 tbsp maca powder (adaptogen to boost immunity and help with stress)
~dash of cinnamon

Drink 3 Green Juice

~2 organic cucumbers
~4-6 stalks organic celery (depends on size)
~4-6 organic kale leaves
~1 small bunch organic parsley
~1-2 bulbs garlic
~1 whole organic lemon (skin off)

Drink 4 Cucumber Pineapple

~2 organic cucumbers
~1 cup pineapple
~1/2 inch jalapeno

Drink 5 Veggie Broth

~take all pulp from JUICING and add to a large pot. Fill with water just covering pulp. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 45-1 hour. Season to taste. Strain, pushing down the pulp.
