In this Video, we will be taking a look at different genetic fur mutations among the big cats. The Term "Big cat" refers to members of the panthera genus (Tigers, lions, jaguars, leopards and snow leopards). Other large cats such as cheetahs and pumas (A.K.A cougar, mountain lion) are also animals included in the list of rare mutations.

The snow leopard (Panthera uncia) is not included in the list because no genetic fur mutations have been documented of this elusive feline.
