Strengthen the inner thigh muscles, aka the medial thigh muscles and the hip adductors, to prevent and manage thigh injuries.
Strengthen the medial thighs with sumo squats, adduction motion exercises using a cable, resistance band, exercise machine or a thighmaster type device, and internal thigh rotation exercises with a cable or resistance band.
