This webinar series on Business Psychology: Understanding Human Behavior for Better Outcomes is organized by IBF Net Group in collaboration with several universities and organisations in Indonesia. Business Psychology deals with improving working life. It combines an understanding of the science of human behavior with experience in the world of work to attain effective and sustainable performance for both individuals and organizations.

Dr. Arif Hassan is a former Professor (OB and HR) at the International Islamic University Malaysia. He has over 40 years of academic experience while working for nearly two decades each in India and Malaysia. Dr. Hassan is a recipient of distinguished awards and fellowships including a Senior Fulbright fellowship and National scholarship as well as the Best Paper award from the Academy of Management USA. He has conducted survey studies in the area of primary education in India and worked with ActionAid (India) as an education specialist. While working with IIUM Dr. Hassan served as a co-team leader for Islamic finance education under the EPP7 project sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education in Malaysia. The project was involved in developing training modules for Islamic finance educators. His research works are in areas of organizational justice, leadership, motivation, HR practices, entrepreneurship, decision-making in government organizations, job quality, and case studies in management.
