Aleph Lamed Daled is known as One of the 72 Names of God. The purpose of Aleph Lamed Daled is said to be "Protection against Evil Eye" which means that it will protect you against Negative Influences and purify you from lower energies and constructs. Aleph Lamed Daled is the 10th name of God and it can be used to liberate you from negativity and things holding you back in life. It is also said to be helpful in the rebirthing process. The meditative description of Aleph Lamed Daled is as follows: "My own potential to cast the evil eye at others is diminished. A shield of positive energy surrounds me, providing protection from the negative glances, looks of envy, and meanspirited intentions of others."
