In the following video Andrew Ucles embarks on a mission to track down Australia's largest monitor lizard, the Perentie. Using his understanding of climate preference used by the species and behavioral movements, he is able to track down a large specimen in the cooler part of the day.

The Perentie can be found throughout Australia's outback interior, although a relatively hard species to track down what seems even more difficult is trying to capture one by hand as there speed is unbelievably fast.
