So, maybe DelhiTheCat wasn't the original owner?? OR he never released the full tape, because here it is. Or, he sold the tape. (Camera man has a male voice) 41 minutes of footage, where his video is only 23. And it only consists of balloons, where this has the whole parade, as well as more shots of the scenery.

This was posted by a small channel, I originally thought it was just the copy paste tape, but it is, but IT'S FULL!!! It has some extended footage of some of the balloons, and other stuff.
