The SEGA Saturn port of After Burner II has a hidden gameplay option it which shows someone doing a nearly perfect run of the game, and here it is. The player only dies once and also gets the hidden messages to display.

This port was released as a stand-alone game in Japan (which is the version I have) but for the American and European markets, it was released as part of SEGA AGES Vol. 1, which also includes Space Harrier and OutRun.
