Terrible display of employees at Allen's Towing in Livermore, CA being unprofessional. Throwing us with physical threats, and slander because their cashier screwed up on a transaction. Our experience with them was horrific, and contacting the police was of no help. Lawyers are confused about what to do, so whatever. Here's the video of what they did to us after I discovered that my wallet was left in the car with $300 in cash. My money was gone, and so were all my forms of ID. They thought they beat me or ruined me. I was just waiting to come out with the video to show everyone to watch out for this company! Read their Yelp reviews, and they have a ONE STAR rating. I wonder why?

This is just the shorter version of this story. I am glad that I over this hump, but yes, there is more to it, but this is all the proof I have of another incident that that happened with them. Wish I had the camera phone out way earlier. If anyone out there has any other ideas to help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it. What if you were also a victim of Allen's Towing? You are probably not alone.

This was filmed outside of their fence, and I've already received confirmation that there was nothing illegal about filming them from the sidewalk, since it's off their property.

In further response to the Livermore Police Department that they should have checked my car before these crooks took it away, Officer Zogarick did not do anything, nor was he or Officer Bataas aware that this was a civil matter. They should have sent these people away instead of creating this bullshit. I will always support the local police department, but hopefully further coaching for these men will prevent something similar to happen to others.
