Example: February(02)   25, 1981

1-Multiply the day and month of birth (SKIP ZEROs) : 2 2 5 = 20
2-Multiply the digits of the year, also without zeros: 1 9 8 * 1 = 72. 
3-Add the first number to the second and continue adding the numbers until you get a single-digit number: 20 + 72 = 92 = 9 + 2 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2.
The karmic number is 2.
