HAWAII JUDGE CONDUCTS AN EX PARTE PANEL COURT HEARING AGAINST PRO SE LITIGANT ON MEDICAL LEAVE! V-1 ~

Court Hearing on July 30, 2021
Eviction Cases: 1DRC-21-0001879 & 1DRC-21-0002121

Here are the Actual Facts:
A.) I am Permanently Disabled, with limitations on physical and mental capacity.
B.) I continuously requested for Reasonable Accommodations, which for the cases not to be stacked on the same day. Judge Holma Denied all my requests, continued stacking the cases, and I suffered.
C.) Judge Holma offers her opinions about my Doctor's letter and deems it as a delay tactic, and concurs with lawyers.
The Truth is:
1.) Judge Holma scheduled THREE TRIALS for the SAME DAY!
2.) I had to prepare NINE EXHIBIT FOLDERS (three for each Trial).
3.) I asked for HELP by filing a Motion to Continue One Case for two weeks, but
Judge Holma DENIED it.
4.) I had to raise some money to pay a process server to serve Subpoena's for my
Witnesses. I handmade twenty Dish Towel Dresses and sold them to raise the money.
5.) I needed to conduct research in the Hawaii State Law Library for Witness questioning.
I went there again two days before the Trials, and a person working there placed a very
heavy book in my hands that pulled the back neck muscles causing extreme reinjury.
6.) By the next morning, I lost my balance and the room was constantly spinning. I was too
Dizzy to stand. I reached the District Court Clerk's office to get help because I could not
file anything myself. My Doctor faxed a Doctor's Note to the Court.
7.) This Court Hearing was held even though the Continuance was Granted for Medical
Leave. Judge Holma conducted an Ex Parte Panel Court Hearing to ask the lawyers
specific questions about me, which is improper and shows extreme bias against me.
8.) Judge Holma was very wrong in stating that I did not provide a copy to opposing
counsel! Lawyers get an automatic notification sent from the Court after case filings.
9.) MEDIATION WAS NOT SCHEDULED for JUNE 2, 2021!

I did not know about this Court Hearing for many months, until I was preparing to write the Opening Briefs for Both Eviction Cases. This is the DAY Judge Karin L. Holma became against me!
