Koozh Vadam Ingredients

Vadam flour - 400gms
(5 cup Rice and 1 cup sabudana )
Green Chilli - 4-5nos
Salt - As required
Jeera - 2 tspn

Take 400 gm's of flour and mix with 6 glasses of water to make a flowy dough

Heat 16 glasses of water - 8 times the quantity of flour you take

When the water boils add the prepared wet flour

Then cook the mixture until you get boils all over and the consistency turns thick

Switch off the stove and close the mixture with a lid and rest for 30 minutes

The batter will be ready to put vadam

Dry the vadam for 3 days and store
