This has an explanation of how to get Really Simple CAPTCHA working on Contact Form 7. It should work for other WordPress Contact plugins too. It assumes you already have your Contact Form installed on WordPress.
I also assume you have problems with spammers and bots. Block them easily with Really Simple Captcha plugin for WordPress.Watch this tutorial and learn how.
