Tonight you'll follow my instructions to SLEEP, but you can close your eyes to more easily drift off (Eyes closed instructions to sleep ASMR 💤).
This video is a fully ear to ear whispered session and it includes sleepy instructions, guided relaxation, ear to ear games and tests. We'll be doing guided breathing (breath work), guess the trigger, body scan, counting the microphone brush sounds, and lots of left or right games to relax you. This also includes lots of very close up whispers and may include some unintentional mouth sounds.
As usual, first version includes gentle rain sounds and second version is purely whispered.
