📢 Pay Talks Update: We Need a Fair Deal for all Early Years Educators!

Right now, we’re negotiating with employers to secure a fair pay deal for all workers in the sector. Educators, Room Leaders, Deputy Managers, and Managers. But despite months of talks, there’s still a big gap between both sides.

Here’s the problem:
🔹 Without a deal, the €45 million set aside by the Government for pay rises won’t be spent meaning no pay increases from September.
🔹 Low pay is driving staff away, hurting quality for children.
🔹 Providers who already pay fair wages are waiting on this funding too.
