O.M.G QUEEN ABOVE THE QUEEN EXCLUDER !!

This is a split that I made in May from hive #1, it had the original queen from that hive, they may now have a new queen, im not sure but in this video I do an inspection that is overdue, its been 2 weeks since the last inspection and I find that the queen is somehow above the queen excluder, Im not sure how. she is limited to one deep box yet has plenty of brood and a good laying patern. I have disisions on the fly to make and honestly it stressed me out a bit. It is important to stay calm and work slow so not to stir up the bees. I made a few mistakes here but I learned a few things. I hope you enjoy this video, I address this situation more the next day by adding more room.
