Honda Dealer Wants $1200...for THIS?! (Accord EVAP P0455/P0456 & WEAK A/C?)

This 2018 Honda Accord Turbo only has 50k miles on it, but the Check Engine Light is ON.
Also the AIR CONDITIONING is not keeping up with the Heat Wave this summer!

Owner already took it to the dealer, and they quoted him a whopping $1200 to resolve the pesky MONEY LIGHT...

Let's diagnose the P0455 and P0456 EVAP LEAK codes, and see if we can come up with a cheaper and more Environmentally-Friendly solution than replacing perfectly good parts...

And what about the weak Air Conditioning? R1234YF is not DIY-friendly...
