LED ONE TIME BLINK THEN DEAD
1.Discharge the main filter condenser.
2.Open eht supply voltage jumper.
3.Power on/Led glowing----then power off----set dead.
4.Again discharge the condenser.
5.Add 100W lamp to eht supply voltage.
6.Power on/Lamp glowing -----measure eht voltage----high.
7.Poweroff/Check resistor 680 ohm(near +110V)-----ok.
8.Check regulator SE110------ok.
9.Check opto cuplor( secodary section)----ok.
10.Check opto cuplor(primary section)----ok.
11.Check resistor R908(1K)-----registivity high.
