The inventive team at Little Red Door, one of the best 50 bars in the world, is re-thinking what a drink can be and what a drink can inspire. Led by its Head of Creativity and Operations, Rory Shepherd, this group has created an entire menu based on philosophic concepts. This episode of "Spirits of Innovation" tells the story of the "Menu of Universal Values" and the people behind it.
