How to fix Ampeg BA-110 rattle/distorted sound

This is a great amp, but when you turn up your volume past a certain point (depends on how you have your bass EQ'd) you'll start to hear a rattling/distorted sound when you play on the lower strings. Call it what you want. In this video I show how I solved this issue. It can probably be applied to similar models.

Step 1 - Remove grill by partially unscrewing the logo on the front and using the screws as a grip to pull it off. This link should help    • Ampeg Speaker Grill Removal  

Step 2 - Unscrew the speaker and unplug the positive and negative leads so you can get it out of the way.

Step 3 - Glue all the edges inside. Do one side at a time and allow the glue to dry enough so that it doesn't run when you flip the amp to do another side. Make sure all the edges get plenty of glue in them.
