Big Perch Small River! These Hard Baits Got Crushed!

It was time for another trip down the river / creek. After my last pike session where i can some proper beasts i did notice several big perch chasing and catching chub fry in the margins and knew a hard bait session was in order. I packed a selection of crank baits, jerk baits and twitch baits and headed to the river. I hit all the cover and slack waters knowing this is where the bait fish would be holding out of the main flow and where the perch would be hiding in wait. I had a cracking session with loads of fish caught and some real chunky perch by the end to cap off a great session!
