In general, the footings are designed for one of the following 5 load combinations (whichever is crictical) :
1) DL + LL
2) DL + LL + ELx
3) DL + LL + ELy
4) DL + LL + WLx
5) DL + LL + WLy

The above tutorial will illustrate you the design of isolated footing for a column which is subjected to biaxial moments along with a horizontal thrust as per IS 456-2000.
