The Scale Builders Guild has an annual scale building radio control vehicle contest. The 2019 challenge was to build a usable work truck in five months. The contest commenced on October 1, 2019 with a completion date of March 1, 2020.

I decided to build a farm truck version of the quirky but lovable 1957 Jeep FC-150 which was based on the existing Jeep CJ-5 platform. Part of the contest rules was to submit a running video of the completed model, this is mine.

Since I decided to go the 3D modeling route with this build I thought it would be fun to share the design process that I used in the first half of the video. I'm just a hobbyist so please forgive my amateur use of Fusion 360:) The second half of the video is the running video of the trucks first outing. Thanks for watching!
