2021 Hyundai Sonata no power to blower motor: bad fuse block

From what I understood this customer was trying to tell me that their mechanic told him that the fuse box was bad, preventing the blower motor from coming on. I tried to provide him with other options to resolve this, but ultimately the fuse box may need to be replaced.
