Resep Lidah Kucing (untuk 100 pcs)

Bahan:
75 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter (suhu ruang)
75 gr Anchor Tinned Salted Butter
90 gr gula halus
½ sdt garam
1 sdt perisa vanila
1 butir kuning telur
15 gr susu bubuk
120 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
½ sdt baking powder
60 gr Anchor Cheddar Cheese
50 gr putih telur

Cara membuat:
1. Parut keju dan sisihkan
2. Di dalam mangkuk kocok mentega tawar, tinned salted butter dan gula halus hingga pucat dan mengembang
3. Masukkan kuning telur, garam dan perisa vanila, mixer hingga rata
4. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan susu bubuk sambil di saring. Masukan keju parut, mixer kembali hingga rata
5. Masukkan putih telur, kocok sesaat kemudian pindahkan ke dalam piping bag
6. Siapkan baking paper seukuran loyang yang akan digunakan. Lipat menjadi 4 bagian lalu lipat lagi sekitar 1 cm untuk jarak
7. Semprotkan adonan lidah kucing lalu panggang di suhu 130 derajat celcius selama 25 menit
8. Lidah kucing keju siap disajikan

Cat’s Tongue Cookies Recipe (yield 100 pcs)

Ingredients:
75 g Anchor Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
75 g Anchor Tinned Salted Butter
90 g icing sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 pc egg yolk
15 g milk powder
120 g all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
60 g Anchor Cheddar Cheese
50 g egg white

Steps:
1. Grate the cheese. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, whip the unsalted butter, tinned salted butter, and icing sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Add egg yolk, salt, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and milk powder. Add grated cheese, mix evenly.
5. Add egg whites. Mix for a moment, then transfer the batter into a piping bag.
6. Prepare baking paper according to the pan’s size. Fold into 4 parts, then fold a 1-cm space on each section.
7. Pipe the batter on the pan, then bake at 130°C for 25 minutes.
8. Cat’s Tongue Cookies are ready to serve.
