How to Control Poa Annua aka Annual Bluegass, Ryegrass and Fescue in the Lawn

Learn how to control poa annua aka annual bluegrass, ryegrass, fescue, and other cool season weeds in a warm season lawn such as bermuda or zoysia. In this video, I help you to identify the weeds and then show you the herbicides I am using on the weeds. Then, I spray the weeds and come back to show you the results. In the winter and early spring, these weeds and others are usually slow to die due to cold weather. It is best to control them with a pre emergent in the fall when possible, but products such as katana and tribute total are great options as a post emgerent.
