Why The WWE Deal With Peacock Is Good News/Bad News For Fans

Last week came the MAJOR news that WWE Network has been sold in the U.S. to NBCUniversal's Peacock streaming service for a billion dollars over five years. It's a monster deal that carries a lot of positives for fans who can now pay the same price for the network, but get Peacock content for free, or pay half price for an ad-supported version of the network. But Solomonster explains why this may also be a very bad thing for the fans, and wonders whether this may be a precursor to NBCUniversal buying WWE itself in the next several years.
