This track is personal to me, as I suffer from Anxious Attachment as well.

Everything starts with one's mindset. Your thoughts create your reality. Through subliminal repetition, we can modify thought patterns over time, potentially changing the course of one's day....outlook....even one's life for the better.

I have also added a 417hz tone throughout the track. 417hz is said to help facilitate change.

Just listen to this video at night at a low to moderate volume while sleeping and the subluminals will do the work.
