Healthy & Delicious Tomato Bath

Slice 5 - 6 tomatoes, 2 onions, chop some coriander leaves, and if you wish (peas and Pudina leaves are optional )

Add ingredients for grinding the masala
grated fresh coconut, ginger & garlic , cinnamon, cloves, 1 spoon of cumin seeds, 2 spoons of coriander seeds, red chillies , add a a pinch of Tumeric powder, a spoon of salt, and add curry leaves grind all the ingredients, and make it into a fine paste

Add oil in a cooker and a spoon of ghee
After the oil is heated, add bay leaves and black stone flower is optional, add onions into the cooker and fry well until it's translucent, then goes in tomatoes , fry until it leaves its flavour. Add some pudina leaves & add green peas ( is an optional )during this time.Then add a dash of tumeric powder and mix it well. After that, add the grinded masala paste into the cooker, stir well, and let it cook for some time until it leaves its flavours.

Meanwhile, take rice in a bowl, sona masoori rice, wash the rice and soak it for half an hour and keep it ready
Then add salt to taste, stir, then add soaked rice into the cooker,mix well and let it cook for a few minutes. Add required water into it , add chopped coriander leaves, mix well & let it cook outside for a few minutes.

Finally, add a dollap of ghee if required into it. Let it cook outside for some time, stir well in between. Once it comes to boil, close the cooker lid and let it whistle for 2 times.
