Frank Jung's Locomobile M48 is now 108 years old. And it runs and runs. No wonder, as the advertising slogan in the USA was: BEST BUILT CAR IN AMERICA. But because it runs and runs and runs, it couldn't help but run into a speed trap one day. The question of all questions is now: At 108 years old, is our Locomobile the oldest automobile ever to have been caught in Germany, in Europe, anywhere in the world? 108 Jahre ist das Locomobile M48 von Frank Jung jetzt alt. Und es läuft und läuft. Kein Wunder, hieß der Werbespruch in Amerika doch: BEST BUILT CAR IN AMERICA. Doch weil es läuft und läuft und läuft, konnte es nicht ausbleiben, dass es eines Tages auch in eine Radarfalle gelaufen ist. Die Frage aller Fragen ist nun: Ist unser Locomobile mit seinem Alter von 108 Jahren das älteste Automobil, das jemals in Deutschland, in Europa, auf der ganzen Welt geblitzt worden ist?
