Here are some of my favorite features...
- Sleek classy style
- External recycled materials
- Very soft materials on shoulder straps

And here are the things I think could be improved...
- Deep front pocket is a bit hard to access when bag is packed out
- Back magnet on hidden pocket was not super secure
