How To Use a Paper Trimmer for Scrapbooking

If you’re new to scrapbooking, you’ll want to learn how to use a paper trimmer. If you use a sketch to create a layout, oftentimes you’ll have to cut your paper to the specific measurements dictated by the pattern. Therefore, it helps if you know how to measure and cut. In this clip, I'll show you how to do it.
