In a discussion we had while on stream, i decided to put together a comparison of 3 different shields that can me found in Dark Souls 3.

The Great Shield of Glory, The Grass Crest Shield and the Havels Great Shield. If any other shield are worth looking into for stamina comparison please post it in the comments.

The only goal here was to verify the stamina regen and stamina usage.

In my opinion the Grass Crest shield is still superior, but only since i prefer to dodge and have the ability to parry. The stamina regen is superior.

The Great Shield of Glory has a huge stamina regen drop that i can't get over but if you were to use items to remove that draw back it could be a very useful shield. Green Blossoms, Deep Protection and the Chloranthy ring.

This is a matter of opinion please let me know what you think. I am basing my information on personal game play style and that i rely on stamina quite a bit in combat.
