this VFR is in Rough shape

I bought a wrecked 2000 VFR800 for $350 and now I am trying to bring it back to life. It, however, is fighting me. A rusted gas tank, a PAIR valve delete, a head gasket replacement, some valve lapping, engine removal - it's all here.
