"The expression of flow comes to me through music in this case, the violin, which is my favorite instrument. This opened the senses of my body to choose to receive a soft and delicate suggestion (the lead), giving a ripple effect response, meanwhile allowing my whole self to move and breathe underwater. This dance was such a treat for the art of giving and receiving with a flow state of mind and body awareness.
