Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today I have a quick 10 min Morning Yoga stretch routine for you! This is a short practice, so we will go right into the yoga flow. This class will consist of a series of dynamic stretches that will help you wake up the body and help you start the day on a more positive note!
