City Health Automated Queuing System offers a convenient way to serve patients electronically by way of generating the number sequentially.

Requirement:

The system must install in independent computers.
1.Computer for USER transaction – it will allow the user to select their transaction, once the transaction select and confirm it, the system will automatically generates the number. ( You may use 2 or more computers to serve to maximize the number in serving)
2.Computer for Screen DISPLAY - displays number served. It displays your number and the number windows where you can go.
3.Computer for User who accept the customers - (Teller, Cashier, or u may use Window 1, Window 2, etc.)

Software requirements:
1. Windows XP, 7, 8 – above
2. Workbench MySQL for database
3. MySQL Dot Net Connector

It can install separated computers via LAN with MySQL support Database
