HOT AIR BALLOONS AND ROCK CLIMBING - VANG VIENG ADVENTURE

Welcome to our wild adventure in Vang Vieng, Laos! 🚀 We packed so much into our trip, and we’re excited to share it all with you. From thrilling hot air balloon rides to epic scooter journeys and daring cliff climbs, Vang Vieng has it all.

Here's what we did:

Arrival by Train: We arrived in Vang Vieng on a super modern and fast train.
Faraway Suites: Our stay at Faraway Suites was amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains and a refreshing pool.
Night Market: Explored the local night market, perfect for souvenir shopping (though food options were limited).
Hot Air Balloon Ride: The highlight of our trip! We soared over Vang Vieng at sunset. It’s the cheapest hot air balloon ride in the world, just $90 per person!
Scooter Adventure: We rented scooters to explore the stunning landscapes. Freedom at its best!
Blue Lagoons: Visited Blue Lagoon 3 and 2. Lagoon 3 was our favorite with its serene atmosphere and fun activities.
Green Restaurant: Our go-to spot for delicious food with a view of the mountains and sunset hot air balloons.
Nam Xay Climb: A challenging but rewarding climb with incredible views and a motorbike at the top. Not for the faint-hearted!
Resort Stay: Spent two nights at a resort in the mountains – the surroundings were beautiful, even if the resort itself was underwhelming.
Street Food: Don’t miss the street food stalls for tasty, budget-friendly sandwiches and smoothies.
Departure: We left Vang Vieng the same way we arrived – by the fantastic train.
