Boss Katana Air v’s Boss Katana Mini - Practice amp shootout

I’ve had these 2 amps for a few years now and so it was fun reacquainting myself with their simple charms!

Equipment used today:

Fender ‘52 reissue Telecaster (2017)
Gibson Les Paul ‘52 (2009 Tribute)
Gibson Les Paul R9

No pedals, no fancy recording gear, just an iPhone 😊

Telecaster has a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound in the bridge and a Bare Knuckle Stormy Monday in the neck. Volume pot 250k but Tone pot is 500k.

Both the Tele and the Goldtop have flatwound strings (gauge 12) and are tuned down a whole step.
